As we speak, I am in the Revolution’s Urban Assault Vehicle making my way from the Bunker to my old barrio in Miami to visit family for Thanksgiving. It is one seriously long ride, however, thanks to wireless technology; the Revolution is able to come to you live from Interstate 95 South. I’ll probably go check out my old comic book store in Miami in order to get my comics for this week. I won’t be back to the Bunker until next Tuesday and that is far too long to wait for new comics! Plus, I’ll want to post reviews while I’m all stuffed full of lechon and watching football.

All right, which DC comic book am I most looking forward to reading? Tough choice. There are plenty of interesting candidates. I’m excited to see the return of Mon-El over in Supergirl and the Legion of Super Heroes #24. I’m also psyched to actually be getting an issue of the new Wonder Woman! What schedule is that title on? Once every three months?

However, the winner is Action Comics #845. Johns and Donner blew me away with their debut issue. It was absolutely fantastic. I cannot wait to see where they go with this new story arc.

Which DC comic book am I least looking forward to reading? That would be Creeper #4. This mini-series had an interesting debut issue and then rapidly fell off from there.

Which Marvel comic book am I most looking forward to reading? Another tough choice. We have Peter David’s consistently spectacular X-Factor; we have Bendis’ insanely good Clone Saga over on Ultimate Spider-Man and Brubaker’s delightful tale of mystery over on Daredevil.

I’m going to have to go with Ultimate Spider-Man #102. This title is as hot as any comic book has ever been. I am excited to see what Bendis has in store for us next.

Which Marvel comic book am I least looking forward to reading? Let’s stick with our favorite web head and go with Amazing Spider-Man #536. JMS has practically killed any and all interest I had in this title with his dull and intensely boring Civil War tie-in issues. I expect more of the same with this issue.

All in all, it looks like we have plenty of great comics headed our way from both DC and Marvel. As always, I will endeavor to start posting reviews by Thursday.
