Power Rangers Prime had a strong start to cap off 2024 for BOOM! Studios. Power Rangers Prime #2, releasing this week, continued the momentum started by the debut issue. Writer Melissa Flores, artist Michael YG, colorist Fabi Marques, and letterer Ed Dukeshire will look to continue that momentum in 2025. With that in mind, BOOM! Studios has provided us with an early look at Power Rangers Prime #3 ahead of its January 22, 2025, release date to share.
As you’ll see in the preview Lauren Shiba is still in the process of figuring out how to get her full Power Ranger powers back after her Morpher was damaged. That is only one part of her plan as getting her powers back is what she needs to find her family that she believes are being held I the Eltarian Detention Center. That will be easier said than done as Rita Repulsa is out in the wild with the Eltarians hunting both Lauren and Rita. That is something teased in Power Rangers Prime #3’s solicitation:

Power Rangers Prime #3 main cover will be handled by long time Power Rangers artist Dan Mora. Additionally, variant covers will also be available from a all-star line-up o artists including Danny Earls with Jão Canola, Bon Bernardo, Doaly, InHyuk Lee, Sweeney Boo, and Dustin Nguyen.
